I stumbled across this tool the other day. TypeTester is a tool that enables you to test and compare different fonts on screen. Using the provided Lipsum text or your own block of text, you can create three different styles and view them on the same page for a quick comparison. This nifty tool let’s you control many aspects of your text, but a few things I’d like to see implemented would have to be:

  • Support for image backgrounds
  • A more obvious “Get the CSS” link (there is one under the Tools tab, which I find to be rather inconvenient)
  • An input box for custom CSS

Overall a great tool, make sure to bookmark this one!
